The Squirrel Defense 5000 has gotten a recent upgrade. Potting benches made out of wood salvaged from broken pallets. One 6 foot pallet is enough wood to make a bench, less the legs. I think I'm going to be able to squeeze two more in here. It certainly takes a strain off of my back and makes it easier for these old eyes to look at the plants.

so a few weeks back i was starting up my raised garden,
and there was the neighborhood squirrel chattering away angerly
at me cause i was messin with his stash spot , lol

I had a nightmare with them this spring. Daily they were uprooting my plants and knocking over pots. Once it took me 10 minutes to find the pitcher plant that they pulled up.
