Welcome to the forum.
VFTs appreciate full sun but most need acclimation to it or existing leaves may burn.
Nepenthes ventricosa do well with less sun, they'd appreciate shade cloth or being grown on the North side of your house.
Many do well as indoor window plants.
Many plants labeled as N. ventricosa are really N. ventrata, a commonly produced commercial hybrid.
Good growing,
Mike

Also take care that you don't keep your flytraps in deep standing water in an attempt to counteract a really hot blazing sun (if you live in such a place). Posts will appear here from people who do that, then have problems related to root rot.

Flytrap leaves can definitely get sunburned, as @Shadowtski says, when changing from indoor lights to outdoor sun. I lose lots of leaves each spring because I'm too impatient to gradually reintroduce my dormant flytraps into the sunny yard.
