I am relatively new (~5 years in the game) to growin' sarrs, but this is a first for me. That's one stalk...kinda...and two flowers forming. Like a conjoined twin flower stalk - any way, a new one for me!

That's the first time I've ever seen a double-header on a Sarracenia. 8-)

That's very interesting, madrone! I want to say I've had Sarr pitchers fused together like that, but never flowers, that I can remember.

That would be interesting to see too! I'm having a hard time imagining that these flowers will both develop, but I'll update if they do.

So far both buds have survived, but one is definitely more 'developed' than the other. We'll see if there do actually end up being two flowers. In the meantime, they've twisted the flower stalk to-and-fro.
