I am very new to nepenthes, so I don't really know how fast they grow. About how long would you expect a tendril like this one to grow into a full pitcher?

This nepenthes pitcher has just started to grow. You can expect a fully developed pitcher by late June-July given that it's in good condition.
Nepenthes are generally slow growers; this is totally normal.

My tendrils usually take like 2 months and some change to form into pitchers.
