I rescued a Nepenthes from Lowes at the end of April. It's been repotted in a 6 inch pot and I keep it at my east window where it gets morning light and the indirect light throughout the day. I water it with distill water twice a week and mist the leaves once a day. I have a hygrometer and it reads the area that is at is around 50-75% of humidity. I do see new growth such as a long green stem in the middle and I believe it got a little bit taller. I know CPs are slow growers, but when would I expect to see pitchers forming? And is the conditions and what I'm doing is right enough for pitcher growth? If not, what should I improve?

A reasonable guess would be in June or July. Nepenthes in particular are slow growers and take 1-2 months to form a small-medium pitcher.
Since your nepenthes has a stem, it's already starting the pitchering process.

Ok that's good to know! I'm going to be very patient with it because it was in bad shape while it was in its death cube. I'll stick to what I'm doing and hope for the best!
