They look like the moss's flowers?

A newbie at taking care of carnivorous plants. I live in Australia, Perth WA.

Sphagnum moss spore capsules. They'll grow up spherical, then shrink down to cylindrical before they explode and eject spores up to 10 cm high to be dispersed by the wind.
