I got my first flower a few weeks back. Now I am getting pitchers. Do all of them start as a green color and change from there? If they are green will they stay green. Is it too early to tell what variety they are. I got them from Matts Spring Sale.

If I’m not mistaken, red flowers come from rubra. So maybe a hybrid with rubra in it?

I'm guessing that these are some leuco hybrids since they have light windows.
Leuco hybrids may change color throughout the growing season (they start out green).
I can see some pitchers in the back already turning a bit reddish.

Pitchers definitely color up with age. Some reach their full color 1-2 weeks after they open (lots of hybrids, red tubes, ornatas). But some fade after a bit as well (mainly seeing that with flava Cuprea)

I thought only the minors had the windows ?

looks like some sort of Moorei a leucophylla and flava combo. For my area colors would really start popping after mid July.

Leucos do have light windows which are very similar to minors'.
These "windows" are the splotches of white that are divided by the veining (look at Optique's profile pic as a beautiful example).
You can search up sarracenia leucophylla x oreophila's description as proof of this.

I totally agree with you, very flava-like pitchers.

@Bobioden, That's the 'Daniel Rudd' moorei hybrid you're growing, so it's a cross between a S. leucophylla and S. flava. The reddish coloration in the flowers comes from the leuco genes. S. leucophylla have deep red flowers.
