I use amysen smart plugs. I use it to set lights to sunrise/sunset. I think you get 4 for $20

I used to use cheap mechanical timers but got sick of adjusting them manually and had one fail on me, so I switched over to smart plugs. I use a somewhat complex home automation software system to control it, though some brands you can control with a simple phone app.

I use Tp-link smart plugs. Only running humidifier and heater in terms of cp but also for everything else in the house. Used a no name brand off amazon and nearly caught on fire. So I went back to brand names that I trust. Amazon generally has pretty good sales every month or two on tp-link smart plug multi packs. I think 20 for a pack of 3 is a good price.
