Has anyone tried this? I know that this doesn't deal with the constant flow of water issue, but it provides everything else. Controlled temps & humidity usually helps heliamphora and neps, so why not cobras? ;)

I just got some seeds from Matt and I'll be putting together a highland chamber soon so it should be done before the seeds are fully stratified

I don't know yet, the seeds haven't hit the one week mark in stratification and I'm still waiting for the new lights

Constant water flow is not required for Darlingtonia unless it is exceptionally hot, which I presume in a terrarium it wont be. Neither is humidity control as the wet media tends to make a localized microclimate around them outdoors.
Water depth and fluctuation may be important, I'm not sure how you intend to grow it in the terrarium.
As for the light requirements, for darlingtonia in a terrarium, I have absolutely no Idea as I have never owned one.
