I know a lot of these plants need full sun, but are there any that will tolerate partial shade?

Most of them will. They will all get some benefit of bright, indirect light, especially if you're in an area that experiences high temps.
Plus, Neps don't do well in direct sun. My Neps get an hour or two of direct morning light and shade the rest of the day.

Depends on where you are and what you're interested in, but I'd suggest Nepenthes rafflesiana for an area under a shade tree.

Try genlisea/utricularia. Although many need humidity domes, I grow mine outdoors since they tolerate a wide swing in temps and actually hate light.
