So the ones that were loose, did you just push them back into the moss? All 3 of mine were loose.

I actually took a piece of fresh moss that I rehydrated and wrapped the roots as best I could to get good contact. Then made a little hole with my finger and put that little plug in the hole.

That’s exactly what I did, there was hardly anything to wrap.

For the small ones, gently hold them down with a finger and stuff more moss right in between the old moss and the pot. If you kinda edge the plant away from the side of the pot a bit while holding it with a fingertip to create room, this will force the moss to compact a bit, hopefully contacting the roots better.
Good luck.

I got mine and was very happy with them. Should be an overflowing pot in a year or less.

Glad to see this FTS Trigger Happy is still in circulation. I am looking forward to growing it again to study it a bit more. I kind of gave up on propagating it years ago because it turned out the trigger hair oddities weren't too common after growing and propagating it a few years. But it was still a pretty cool-looking sawtooth flytrap even when it had normal trigger hairs.

I got three clumpy ones and then a few XXS ones as well. I divided the clumpy ones a bit and repotted them all as well.

After we got the 5 for $23, he did list 3 with one piece for $21, now has them at $100. Glad I got mine when I did.

Oh boy...I guess I should have removed that listing from FTS a long time ago when I decided not to propagate the plant anymore and let it go from my collection. By leaving it listed on FTS, we created demand, and where there's demand there will be people willing to pay $$.

Ah well...since FTS Trigger Happy is still in circulation again, I'll get one again eventually and then propagate them and sell them for what we used to, which was ~$20 or so, I think. After growing it for a while, it was apparent to me it just wasn't that unique of a plant and the trait I had selected to name it for wasn't stable. It is a lot like FTS Lunatic Fringe, which I think is a sibling to FTS Trigger Happy (they came from the same bunch of OP seed I got from Bob Ziemer back in 2009) and I liked FTS Lunatic Fringe much more for multiple reasons. I just took a look and we were selling FTS Trigger Happy for $18.95 back in 2015. Prices in the CP world are inflated everywhere right now though, as the pandemic has made the hobby boom!

Leah and I are into running FTS for the long haul. After a few years of finding our way in the beginning, we have always tried to keep our prices reasonable and at a level where we make enough to support ourselves while offering plants at fair prices, and we haven't increased our prices with this pandemic despite the extreme spike in demand. With the upcoming move to Missouri, we will have over 3000 sq. ft. of greenhouse space which is about 10x what w have now. I am so looking forward to that. We've been working in very cramped and less-than-ideal growing conditions for way too long.

No worries at all @Adrien! Just stinks that he upped the price so much for those people who still want to get it but didn't order it yet. It will be quite a while before I can offer it again but I'll eventually get it propagated and offer it for a much more reasonable price than $100 :D
