Looks like dew to me. Lack of dew means the plant needs more light than it's currently getting.

3 days? You need to give it more time. Sundews can take a month or more to recover from shipping, some as little as a couple of weeks. But definitely longer than three days.
Keep it moist, on a sunny windowsill, and be patient.

Shipping a sundew can really make it look bad. Some times you just have to wait for new growth it make it look better.
