Ive never seen these bugs in my life so i dont know what to do, does anyone know what these bugs are and what pesticide i can use on them?

I could be wrong, but they look like aphids.
VFT's are pretty forgiving when it comes to pesticides, but Bioadvanced 3 in 1 is a decent one to use. Unfortunately, its difficult to find it in the ready to use form. You usually have to buy it in concentrated form and dilute it down.

They look more like soil mites to me but they usually hang out in the soil rather than on the plant. It might be some kind of mite pest.

I use that pesticide when it starts to get out of control. It works fine on flytraps with no noticeable effects. You can use it on virtually any CP. It will make drosera look pretty messed up but it won't kill them. I try to spray the soil on those. Spray the plant and the media when you use it so the roots can take up the chemical. Definitely works but like Matt said you want to follow the measurement on the bottle. I'd also get the concentrate and mix my own over the stuff in the sprayer like that.
