Hey all!! I've been creepin on this board for the past year (since I started growing my own carnivorous plants indoors) and figured it was time to make an account 
My mom got me my first VTP at 7, but it died in our move to South Carolina where I was surrounded at times by all sorts of pitcher plants. I moved to CA and carnivorous plants became the subject of much of my art in undergrad. Now I'm in DC doing policy advocacy and couldn't stand being without these plants around me, so I started my own carnivorous garden - no shortage of flies in this town!! Looking forward to being a part of your little online community <3
