I hace a Drosera capensis which has been growing well since late spring last year. Over winter, it's been inside and by a window. Now that it's spring, I pruned the brown leaves and started taking it outside in the sun again. But it doesn't seem to be growing at all, and not all the arms have the sticky dew. The tips are turning brown too, and some arms seem to be a reddish colour. Is it dying, or already dead? Or is there a way to revive it. I've never taken care of this plant before so I'm not sure what to do, does anyone have advice.
Another note, over the winter the roots have also started growing above the soil as well. Is this normal, or do I need to re-pot it or get new soil. The plant was sent to me with 3 seporate sundews planted (it has both white and red arms). Thanks.

Definitely revivable. The problem looks like pests to me. I’d mist the entire plant down with Bio Advanced 3 in 1, repot all the plants, then bag them. I’ve had the same issue with some of my capes before and Bio Advanced works extremely well, without harming the plant in the slightest.
