Hello, I bought recently venus fly trap and I want to repot it. I have Sphagnum moss and perlite, but I dont have a new pot. So i have a question: Can I take out my plant out of their pot, wash it with demineralized water (this pot), fill it with new medium and put my plant back in? Is it ok to use the same pot it was in before?

You didn't mention, but if your current pot is unsealed clay, I wouldn't reuse it - at least long term. If you do think you might need a larger pot, a clean styrofoam cup with a drainage hole punched in the bottom is perfectly acceptable.

I do this all the time when I just want fresh media but I usually have a ton of crowded divisions to deal with. The plants themselves can be left to soak in a bucket of water for days without an issue while you get their new homes ready.
