Germination - check!

Wasn't sure how successful the seed would be - clearly seed viability is not going to be an issue. Hopefully my seedling care runs the same path.

I read that they can last 25 years in the fridge. I got some from the seed bank last year, all the dog hair is from my german shepherd =)

I've read similar - that drosera seed retains good viability over time. So maybe I should have sprinkled a little less liberally. :D

Any way - it's a good 'problem' to have. Thanks for showing me your one-year-olds. That would be awesome to get that kind of growth!

That's amazing. Going forward I think I'm going to stick to chopped LFS. Peat just doesn't net me that kind of success! I'm glad to see they worked out!

They're tough, apparently *very* tough and I found out they can come back from their roots  After it died I left it in the tray as an experiment

Never had any issues with washed peat, I only use LFSM for long term inside only plants so i can flush in the sink with out making a mess.
