Hello!

I've been growing an unknown Sarracenia species for a few months now. It's about to be Autumn where I'm from and it finally decided to grow out a pitcher!

The pitcher is quite small since its a small plant that I got for $9. Looking at the colours and patterns is it safe to assume that it is a Leucophylla? I have read that Leucophylla sends out its best pitchers in Autumn.

Thanks!

It's a hybrid with leuco in it but it's too young to have an authoritative guess at, at the moment.

Being a hybrid, it may follow the leucophylla traits and have late pitchers, or whatever the other parents' traits are.

Cheers

Hello!

My small Sarracenia has decided to grow another pitcher again. This time it has more defined features that will help identify it better I think.
