Looks like a small D. Intermedia to me. Not sure if I am right, but that is what I would guess.

I’m sure it isn’t intermedia. I have lots of them here, and they are very different.

Hmm, could go either way.
The paddle could be both. However, it looks to have the petiole of affinis over nidiformis.
But, as we've seen in capillaris, there is a big differential in locations.
Having said that, it could even be a capillaris "Long Arm".
Tough one.
