Found this clump growing between capensis typical and red. But it looks like t form from 2 pots away haha.
Is it as simple as lift it out and put it in media?

Almost as simple.
Take a small slug of moss from around the roots with it and it'll be just fine. Then just fill in the divot on the Cape pot.

I sell all those weeds to locals to help me support my plant habit.
