Looks like it could be some sort of pest, possibly scale, but the photos aren't high enough resolution to say for sure. Do the spots remove easily when you try to scrape them away with your fingernail?

Hi looks like green fly same on mine removed mine with ear bud dipped in washing up liquid mybe hand sanitizer
