Hi, I've just got my vft for Christmas, without any knowledge so I'm having a hard time.
It's in the fridge for a month now and it doesn't look very good.
Any idea what's wrong with it?:(

Other than the media looking like it might be too wet, it looks okay for fridge dormancy. The rhizome is still white and there are new growth leaves that are not decaying. The dying back of older traps is to be expected.

Looks very healthy to me. As Panman said, older traps and leaves yellow as they die off. New ones will replace it, particularly when it exits dormancy.
