Welcome to our January photo contest. So, to start the year off right, we will start with the plant that probably started most of us off in this hobby - the Venus Flytrap. Post your best Dionea muscipula photo for us all to ooh and aah over. And, appropriately so, this month's prize is a flytrap from The Flytrap Store. As with our other photo contests, the winner is responsible for shipping. There will be alternate prizes available that do not involve a shipping cost if necessary. Remember, only one entry per person, and it must by your own photo. Anything else disqualifies you (although we still would like to see the pictures).

My first time growing vfts from seed. FTS VFT seeds from the seed bank.

So far I have 15 germinated after sowing the whole pack.

FTS seeds from seedbank, sorry best my phone can do with such small seedlings.

typical' in sunnier times, grown outdoors in the UK.
