I've got a couple D. roseana that are going nuts with gemmae right now. Wondering if anybody has the following pygmy types that might have some gemmae to swap:
  • D. leucoblasta
  • D. callistos
  • D. Dork's Pink
  • D. citrina
If you don't have tradables, I'd still like these gemmae to find new homes and can send you some for postage ($8.50 priority, $4.00 first class).

Hi would like some also,in uk if it’s possible Artie101!
With winter temps and international shipping times, I'm not comfortable doing anything international. Have you checked out any uk-local vendors? Gemmae are usually so affordable - it's probably a safer bet to order from somewhere like triffid.

Quick note - Letters are fickle! I often say that "I am not responsible for the damage, destruction, or loss of your plants when shipped in the USPS". Even though this applies to boxes, they generally survive well. Envelopes are another story. They get folded, if they see a tinge of wet on the envelope, they are REQUIRED to throw it away for safety reasons (same for boxes but envelopes are much easier to soak). Lastly, envelopes just get lost and sometimes can even take months to show up.

On the other hand paying a FR box fee is never fun. Maybe, I think, FTC as a whole should look into bubbly foil mailers of the 3x5 inch size?
