I wouldn't keep it that warm. If it's not dropping down to the 40's at least they aren't going to enter a true dormancy, and at those temps will try to keep growing. This in combination with the low light levels during winter (and windowsills in general) is going to start making your plants light-starved, and also exhaust them from skipping dormancy.
