When I Google it, mold comes up, but I don't think it's mold.

I attached pictures but it's like small heads growing on the side of it. Is it bad? Should I cut it off?

Should I also be concerned because I saw ants in one of my other sarracenias........

I concur with murk, they look like lacewing eggs.
Leave them alone. Lacewing larvae eat aphids and other pest critters, they won't hurt your plants.

I dont live in an area where they're a problem. They're not listed as an issue in any of my books. Might make a nice snack for the pitchers if you drop them in now.

Or listen to chef, a much more experienced grower of outdoor plants. (Probably indoor too tbh.) I never had issues with them when I lived in the midwest and grew veggies.
