Hello all,

I am starting a small experience with date palm tissue culture and I look for advice, any of you have tried datepalm in vitro, what kind of medium do you suggest?

What kind of flow cabinet you are using?

I am looking for help, as it's pretty complicated at the beginning to read all the pdf about invitro.
thanks in advance.

I know nothing of tissue culturing Date Palm. Most plants grow well on Murasige & Skoog medium. It isn't necessary to have a flow hood, but they help immensely.

Do the reading of the PDFs. They will help you achieve success!
