Hi I have had my cobra lily seeds in the fridge for 21 days now is that enough time I’m really eager to plant them and I know you only need to stratify them for one month.

I stratified my cobra seeds for around six weeks and am getting great germination (about 95%). I think three weeks might be a little early.

It is suggested that Cobra Lily seeds get 4 to 8 weeks stratification. A personal account of 6 weeks with a 95% germination rate would be something to consider.
Maybe go another 3 weeks, I would.
Good luck.
