Help! I left my ping outside to get some sun today while I went on a trip with my husband. I usually put my ping outside for a few hours each day and today was no different. He was outside under a cage with my orchid, for about 5 hours. The weather was partially cloudy and in the 80s during the time he was out. When I came back one of his leaves had some yellow spots and some crinkling and after bringing him in, it seems to be getting worse. Any thoughts are appreciated

Can't say for sure, but I would guess maybe too much sun drying it out for the plant's size or something sucking the juices out of it. In any case, inspect carefully for bugs and I would keep it inside until it recovers a bit. The good news is that the two smallest leaves look very healthy. My plants don't go outside to keep them safe from bugs and birds. Hard to say when you don't catch a bug in actions. It can be a harsh world out there when you have a plant growing in what is not its normal habitat.

It actually looks like the two oldest leaves are doing it. It's probably just their time. The new leaves look healthy and happy.
If it were bugs, I'd expect it to be on the younger, more tender leaves as well.
Keep an eye on it, but it looks fine.
