Thank you! I’ve got in under the grow lights for now I’m cleaning up the sunburned looking ones. Should I let these dry out some more or go ahead and clip?

I guess its up to your personal preference. I tend to cut the dried parts off so they don't look ratty. I don't think it does the plant any harm.

Leave anything that is not dry. The plant could use the energy.

When you get it acclimated back to full sun, that really brings out the red at the top of the pitchers.
