It’s actually a x15 macro lens by Xenvo that clips on to your phone!

I have a Xenvo and can second the recommendation. It isn't the most macro (magnifying) on the market, but remember when you get more magnification you get a more narrow plane of focus. Basically more macro = your focus is very narrow. So Xenvo is a really nice compromise.
