I like to thank MikeB for his donation of 28 packs of D. Filiformis var Filiformis. Nice!
I'm sure they all have a decent amount of seed, but not equal. I can imagine that after 17 or 18 packs, he was like "Forget this noise!" and just started dumping seeds in to get rid of them.
They're not numbered, but I'll wager that whoever gets whichever pack was loaded last will get close to 2,000 seeds, maybe 3,000.
We'll see.
Thanks MikeB.

I'm only making a joke, he said it was more like a pinch in each pack. Realistically, probably 50 to 100 seeds per pack.

Dang MikeB! Where do the plants end and the flowers begin? That's some dense reproduction there my friend.

Aren't they something? All the flower buds remind me of clusters of grapes. Those plants have always been overachievers. And if the flowers weren't enough, they also produce offshoots. After about 3 years, I have to divide them because the pot (a 14-inch / 35-centimeter diameter bowl) has become too crowded.
