So, if the eight species of drosera native to the US, Anglica and Linearis have been shot down.
Brevifolia, Capillaris, and Tracyi dont live in Canada.
That leaves Filiformis (multiple states from Florida, up the east coast into Nova Scotia), Intermedia (from Cuba, practically every state east of the Mississippi, a couple states west of the Mississippi, and multiple provinces in Canada), and Rotundifolia (almost every state in the upper half of the US and multiple provinces in Canada).
But, based on the long, sticky leaves, I'll go with Filiformis.

OK, give me a minute to think of a good one.
And, in the spirit of reviving this thread, I have a small, 1 inch pot of Filiformis that I will give to the winner, postage paid by me.
Let me put my thinking cap on....

filiformis filiformis?
Yes, just regular Filiformis. I got them as seed last year and artificially stratified them. I had a great germination rate, but then they all crashed before fall. I didn't think too much about them when I put things in the garage for dormancy, I honestly forgot about the little pot. Whether they just entered dormancy early, or some seeds needed a natural stratification, I dont know. But I have a nice little pot of about two dozen seedlings.

You can guess, but I guarantee that you'll be wrong because I haven't given any clues yet.
