Since the eight "pure" species of drosera native to the US are all native to multiple states, it must be a hybrid. Correct?

It’s a species my bad it located in the u.s and Canada but is mostly found in one state.

So, despite hint #1, it is native to more than one state.
This is still a hybrid, but has one of the most limited ranges, D. x Obovata.
