Hi, does any one know what’s wrong with my sundew plants I received them in the mail about a week ago and their health has declined(I think) as you can see on both of hem the leaf are browning and so it new growth. I use only distilled water and they receive around 7-8 hours a day if sun light.

humidity problem maybe? i hear that people put their new sundews in a leage zip-loc bag to make a temporary terrarium

Some decline is to be expected after shipping and repotting, they just went through an ordeal.
I would actually move them away from the window, the light coming through the glass might be a bit too intense in their current state. Make sure they're close, so they still get indirect light, and maybe bag them. I personally don't bag mine, I take the tough love approach, but I've lost a few that way too.
Put a bag over the plant, this helps decrease moisture loss while the plant is getting settled and can better take up water via their roots. After a few days, start poking holes in the bag, one a day, to decrease the humidity, to acclimate them to your local environment.
You should hopefully start to see them bounce back in a couple of weeks, at least with the Cape. I have no experience with Andromeda, but it should work for that too.

It looks like they are in pure peat. I would do a 50-50 mix of peat moss and perlite.

Looks good. But I would now take them out of direct afternoon sunlight. If you can get them in direct morning sunlight, where it's less intense, that would be better. Absent the direct morning sunlight, put them in a position to get indirect afternoon sunlight.
Leave them bagged for about 5 days, then poke one 1/4 inch hole every day for two weeks. Let them sit with 14 holes for a week, then remove the bag. They should recover from the shock within these three weeks and start to put out new growth.
As I said before, I have no experience with. Andromeda, but it should help.
