Hello, I got my Tropical Pitcher two and a half weeks ago and it was perfect, but now it looks terrible! I am so sad! Can somebody please help me? It gets plenty of light, I use only destilled water and I water only when the soil is dry. What am I doing wrong?

Yikes! Looks like severe sunburn from too much direct sun, and/or not enough water. Might be saved by a good soaking and make sure the media retains the water. Also get it on some shade. Also, is the humidity very low where you are growing the plant?

Just my addition. Definitely don't let it dry out, the media needs to stay moist, but not wet. Also, don't let it sit in too much water, find your happy middle ground. I water mine daily after I touch the media to see how wet it is. I have high humidity, so I may only add a Tablespoon or two of water. If it rains, depending on which way the wind blows, I may not have to water for a couple of days, but I may have to empty the water out of the basket. Where your humidity is low, you may want to check the media twice a day and water if the top feels dry.
You can see that mine is outside, I'm facing east to take the pic. Mine gets a little direct sun right at sunrise, some shade from the pillar, then more sun until the porch roof blocks it at about 10 AM, then shade the rest of the day. You can see a little burn on a couple leaves, but the plant has more than quadrupled since I got it last year.

Your plant is absolutely gorgeous! I will find a better place for mine and I will water it more often. I hope it will recover.

It should....those guys are pretty tough! Especially if it's a 'Miranda' hybrid. Those are hard to kill! Best of luck, try to keep us updated.
