Is that S. oreophila? That looks like a phyllodia. If it is an oreophila, then it is completely normal for it to be making that around this time of year.

I’m like 95% sure it’s a Judith Hindle. I got it at a nursery and it was labeled “pitcher plant”

It is phyllodia. S. flava and oreophila are early season pitchers. Once it gets hot, they stop producing pitchers and start putting out non-carnivorous leaves. The pitchers will start to dry up and the phyllodia will carry it into the winter. It is likely that hybrids of these two species would also carry this characteristic.

My Oreo isn't growing phyllodia, it's still actively producing pitchers. However, none are over about four inches tall.
In fact, all of my Sarrs are still producing pitchers except for my Hot Lips x Kraken. It has put up a phyllodia, but only one.
