I have had this Nepenthes for a long time, and don't remember its origin. But, it might be either from Lowes or other local store, or a nursery. The two first pics are of pitchers on the top of the plant, the third is from one that's on the bottom. I'm not completely sure if it's two separate plants that are growing in the same pot or one. I'm scared of replanting it and killing the plant/s.

Any help in identifying it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

To me this looks like Nepenthes Truncata x Vetchii, or Truncata x Burbridgieae. Both wonderful plants. I'm surprised Lowes had it.
