1. The plant is etiolated, meaning that it is 'light-starved'. This is a plant's analogue to being anemic.
2. It's in pure peat moss. They don't like it very much. I'd put it in some peat/perlite mix to air up the media.
3. New growth looks good, so, as it is unsightly, it should grow up.
