Hello! If you had a plant that got 2 inch traps this season I’d LOVE to see them!

Not going to lie, I rose an eyebrow at the title of this thread before seeing the clarification.

I am going to start feeding my plant now. The heat should (historicaly) begin to break next week. I might get one or two more summer traps. At any rate though they will have a full belly before nap-nap and be ready to go in the spring.

Hey Eric! You are on the right track accumulating large cultivars. Due to bloom times the cross you want is not always available. Big X Big is what you want. In two years (or less) you can have sexually mature plants from seeds. In three or four years if you do not lose focus you can be producing some large traps! The plant in question is a typical.

1cashew, thanks for the reply. Tried to pick your brain a little with a PM, but it is stuck in outbox. Maybe I don’t have PM privileges yet?

Hey ericF!
Your PM is indeed working. I am a hobbyist not a vendor. I thank you for your interest in my plants but I have never sold one. Of course I am not married to them so if you get your money right any or all could be had!
