Looks like a springtail, a sign of healthy soil. nothing to worry about.

Hey Max, I had the same question a few years back. looks like the same insect that turned out to be springtails.

Thanks for the suggestion! That does make sense since when I tried to grab the bug It disappeared(probably jumped) and I couldn’t find it. The problem is that they could also he thrips and there’s another tiny white bug along with them that I’m unsure of on if It’s a baby or simply a different species. I think I’m going to try neem oil either way but I’m still looking for a safe brand to use.
