Just noticed these small bugs, they are moving pretty quickly once shaken, are these dangerous?

I worried that it's aphids, my pesticide will be shipped after ~10 days, will it survive?

Could also be thrips, but I am not sure. I am pretty sure your plant will survive, if you need to then you can submerge your plant underwater for 24 hours(I think that's how long you should do it but I'm not sure) It will kill most, if not all of the bugs and your plant will be fine.

Looks like aphids to me, but is hard to tell in the pic. Only they usually are on new growth. I have used been oil and it has worked perfectly. Submerging the plant works, but there is a lot of stress involved, and some may live.

I agree with Matt, they don't look like anything to be concerned about. However, if you are worried, I'm learning that VFT's are tough little buggers when it comes to pesticides. They seem to be able to handle most bug killers just fine.
That being said, don't go out and just drench you plants with pesticide, and no need to wait for something to be shipped to you. Go to your local hardware or garden store and get a ready to use spray bottle of bug spray, I use Ortho with Sulphur.
Lightly spray your plants once a week for a few weeks and you'll likely see them disappear.
Happy growing,
Chef

So I just openned plastic bag to view my small vfts,
There was 1 small bug (the same one which is on big plant, not sure how it got to the new plants), and the leaves looks weird.

Is this growth normal? or the spot on big leave indicate insect damage?

For me, I don't think so. My venus fly trap produces terrible traps all the time, when it is waking up from dormancy. I've seen seedlings do it too. I don't think you have too much of a problem here.

could they be springtails? I have some very tiny little bugs that live in my soil also and see them scurrying around the plant at times. I think if I remember right when I looked it up to find what they were they were springtails which are harmless and show a sign of healthy soil. aphids are easy rid with a little neem oil.
