I wonder how I can supplement my sterilization protocol with this germicidal bulb I just bought. I suffer from contaminations and looking to improve.

I’ve wondered about using UV too. Should work if you have a good protocol and stuff for how long to leave the light on. Just make sure not to look at it or be in the same room when the light is on
