I’ve had this cephalotus for a few years and it seems to not be doing so well. It’s started some new growth after a few months of nothing has sent up a few flower stalks. Its under grow lights on a shelf thats open but doesn’t have any fans to promote air flow. I water it with the tray method making sure that the tray is empty before adding more. There has been a problem what i believe is powdery mildew. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
