What kind of fungicide? What should I do if there is mold?
So I should not open the jar at all then for a few weeks? Will the pot that it's in be ok for now, or should I look for something else sooner rather than later?

Sorry I got your location wrong. If you edit your profile and put in your location, it is helpful to others (like me!) when offering advice :)

It's ok, I thought I did edit it....I guess it didn't take, but I did it now. :)

LOL...too cold yet to put an AC in our place. Soon, hopefully though!! I am ready for nice weather and to be able to get out of the house....this stay at home thing is kicking my butt!

Anything other than copper-based fungicides work fine.

It is good to vent the jar daily, at least, or a few times a day to give it some air exchange. The only reason to keep the jar closed is to keep the humidity high.
