Hello, I remember here I asked if red dragon seeds will germinate red, and answered that all will be green from the beginning. But today I took a look carefully to seedlings and the cotyledon is like a red green color if compared to the ones staying next that also came from a red dragon seeds they are completely bright green and seems they will be not red dragon type.

So whats happening? Those green also will become red after?

Whoever said that was wrong. Red-leafed Venus flytraps germinate and the cotyledons will quickly turn red, assuming sufficient light. They are able to turn red from birth.

Congrats on your red babies!

There are lots of reasons a seed might not germinate. The most common reasons are that they are old, weren't stored correctly, or simply the embryo wasn't viable.

Any white fuzzy stuff is mold and should be treated. Prevent mold with good air movement and outdoor growing in some sunlight that will kill the mold spores with UV rays.

But If mold grew, wont it already even germinate? And what if adding fungicide will it kill the seeds?

Yes, flytraps can germinate even when their seeds are moldy. But if conditions are good for the mold, it can quickly overtake the baby flytraps.

In my experience, a fungicide does tend to set baby flytraps back quite a bit. But if left untreated and the conditions are right, mold will kill them fairly quickly. That's part of the reason growing from seed is so challenging!
