It is a little late to cut the flower stalk off completely now, but I'd still advise pinching off the flower buds at the very top of the stalk. That will save the plant some energy. It will reabsorb a lot of the energy that it put into the flower stalk as the stalk dies off.

That particular Venus flytrap doesn't look healthy enough to flower, so it might not survive. Just keep giving it good care and hope for the best!

I now but i was a 1$ on Clarence barley even a bulb its more like a few leafs and flower stalk

It happened it flowered also i heard u should wait 2 days before pollinating becuase the stigma becomes more receptive is this true

I just took an anther and put it on stigma rolled it around and sat in on the stigma will this do the job

Yep, that should do it if the stigma is receptive. I usually try to pollinate 2 days in a row, as the stigma seems to be receptive for a couple of days. Once the stigma starts to turn brownish-black, it is no longer receptive. After that point, the flower petals will curl in and eventually turn black as well.
