I bought this plant online a little over a month ago it was thriving I transferred the pot and it seemed fine. Then I got a fish tank, humidifier, and moved my grow lights to make a small terrarium. The first night in the terrarium turned several pitchers very dark, and a couple others got dusky. Several have died since and all but one pitcher seem to be on the road to death. The humidity and temp were high. But my plants were all drying out very quickly. I previously had bags over all of them. I removed the pitcher and water it a little more than usual. The rest of the plants despite drying out seem fine. But it keeps dying. I believe its N. Ventricosa. What am I doing wrong? Including pics of what the plant used to look like, what it looks like now and my set up. The clear plastic cup was its first pot. Big white was my pot. Pics are mixed I can clarify if you need. What am I doing wrong? The pot? The terrarium? Too much/little water? It did fine the first week or two in the new pot and I give it a lot of water every day. Plant lights are about the same distance as usual, after reporting the pitcher wasn't bagged. Humidifier is using distilled water.

What type of media are you using for it? That to me looks like pure peat moss which is not good for nepenthes. You could do a 50-50 mix of perlite and lfsm or just pure lfsm. I personally line the pot with lfsm and put regular cp mix in the middle and cover the top of the pot with lfsm. That helps keep the media moist and helps a bit with humidity.

Just taking a shot at your problem. Firstly, if the plant was doing ok first couple weeks, then why did you move it? Looks like possible transplant shock. It is normal for neps to lose some pitchers and sometimes leaves after being transplanted. That's a shock to any plant. I would watch it for signs of fungus or mildew, but otherwise just hope for the best. If the growth point(s) are still green and you notice some growth, it should recover. I would cut off any dead/black material as it may only encourage fungus. Just my opinion, best of luck.

I trimmed the ding and dead pitchers off like you suggested, sad because one in particular was getting really big. I transplanted because I wanted to give it more room. Do most people leave it in the same cup for its whole life? It does have pure peat. However it still has its original potting mix at the center where it is planted. Will peat kill it? or is it Just not Ideal?
