I have a variegated nepenthes alata i bought from the sdcps show and sale and everything seemed to be going fine until now. I noticed the white part of the nepenthes leaves where browning and the tips of the leaves where dying, how can i save it?

How ive cared for it:
About 6 hours of sunlight on a windowstill

Let the plant dry out then water with distilled water

I have no way of providing humidity since i live in anaheim

The media looks pretty dry. It probably just needs more water

Humility should help, the trash bag is a good idea.

Just keep it watered with mineral free water and by a window with part sun. Plants need at least 8 hours of direct sunlight every day.
You may also lose some leaves. It’s best to just wait it out and see if the plant comes back.
You can help your plant survive dormancy by keeping it cool and giving it lots of sunlight. You can leave it outdoors if your winters are mild—just remember to bring it in if a frost threatens. Providing cool, well-lit conditions in cold climates is more of a challenge, but if all goes well, you’ll be rewarded with flowers in the spring.

I'm confused about what you're talking about. Nepenthes don't like cold and don't need a dormancy period. That Nepenthes is far from flowering size and they don't flower in specific seasons.
