I would like to do 500ppm solution for Drosera 'Dreamsicle'. Do I need to use Isopropyl Alcohol to help dissolve GA3 in water when mixing .05g for 24 ounces of water?

That ratio will give you a concentration of about 71 ppm. You'll want about 3.4 ounces of water to make a 500 ppm solution with 50mg of GA3. If you can measure in metric it's much easier (1mg per 1ml of water = 1000 ppm.)

And no, isopropanol will not dissolve GA3. You need to use ethanol, though I typically don't bother and just dissolve it straight in water. It takes a while, but it works.

I do not personally have any experience using GA3 with temperate species, but 24 hours is a pretty typical treatment length.

I doubt you have real GA3. Where’d you buy it?

It’s 90% GA3. Got it on Amazon

I have my doubts about stuff on Amazon. Lab companies like phytotech have the real stuff
